Job Duties:

Manage distressed private equity real estate fund for high net worth clients. Conduct quantitative analysis relating to fund performance including execution of investment strategy. Oversee daily fund operations, including fund accounting, performance reporting, and assess potential investment opportunities to scale the fund in coming years, including managing a team of real estate analysts to generate optimal fund performance.

Job Requirements: 

Master’s in Business Administration with an Investment Management Concentration or closely related

Salary Range:

$133,370 ~ $150,000/year

Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
