Altfest Personal Wealth Management, a leading independent Wealth Management firm, is seeking a highly capable, hardworking Construction Management Analyst to oversee a variety of tasks to support of the firm’s private real estate fund – Arden Woods.

The Construction Management Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all construction projects from beginning to end, as well as working with realtors in the are to list and sell the properties once the construction is complete. This is a newly created role for our rapidly growing Real Estate Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers, and the construction team to ensure construction projects are moving along smoothly.
  • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between different contractors, realtors, and attorneys.
  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building and selling process from hiring contractors to working with designers, architects, vendors, and realtors.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Some Project Management experience in the construction industry
  • Strong time and people management skills
  • Good eye for design
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-started, and takes initiative
  • Team player, collaborative, and able to work with others
  • Accurate, organized, and can effectively prioritize
  • Of the highest integrity
  • Computer proficiency
  • Able to travel extensively when needed
  • Valid Driver’s ID
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $60,000 -$80,000 (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
