CLAUDE COLLINS:
CLIENT RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

As a Client Relations Associate, Claude helps introduce new people to Altfest. In addition she helps formulate and implement marketing strategies and manage educational seminars and other events.

Claude joined Altfest after serving with the Financial Planning Association as program coordinator for pro bono services. In that role she managed the FPA’s National Pro Bono 9/11 program. Before that she worked at J.P. Morgan Chase as private banking relationship manager. She holds an M.B.A. in banking and finance from Pace University, an M.S. in counseling education from Hunter College, and a B.S. in psychology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Her thoughts on working with clients: “Keep an open mind, listen carefully, be empathic, and work diligently to satisfy client needs.”

Claude enjoys swimming, theatre, travel, experiencing new cultures, tennis and tango.
